TFHS Launceston Branch Open Day

As part of National Family History Month, we invite you to come along to our Launceston Branch Library and find out more about using DNA for family history research. If you're curious about DNA testing but unsure what is involved, come along and see a demonstration on using the results for yourself!  Our friendly volunteers can help answer your questions on getting started, including the different types of testing available.

In addition, we will also have examples of 'presenting your research' on display during our Open Day for visitors to get an idea of some of the options available for this.

No need to book, we hope to see you there!

When: Saturday 11 August, 11am - 3pm
Where: The Stables, 45 Tamar Street

If you would like specific assistance  with research, you are welcome to come back on a Tuesday between 10am -  3pm (our normal opening hours).
